Title: Pierogi Beef Filling

1lgOnion -- sliced
2tbMargarine
1 3/4cGround beef
3/4cCooked rice
2tsBeef broth
3tbHot water
1tbParsley -- chopped

Saute onion in margarine. Stir in meat and rice. Dissolve bouillon in hot water. Add to meat mixture with parsley and salt & pepper to taste.
